Only one minor downside being the humidifiers given out at the front desk weren’t as quiet or effective as those of other hotels I’ve stayed in recently. Amazing experience and one of my fav hotels I stayed in during Japan. Staff were SUPER friendly and accmodating. Rooms were great. The place seemed brand new. Good location between all the hot spots of Kobe. Def will visit again!
