Lots of Construction on front street so go down the side of the building to get to the stations. Breakfast was tasty and fresh. Hot water fluctuated a bit, otherwise a very comfortable stay with great fast access to JR Sannomiya and subway. Konbini was only a few steps away from this hotel.
