The hotel is amazing with different types of onsen, especially the outdoor onsen that everyone should try. The staff are nice and helpful and no problem with English. The view is wonderful as well as a little river across the hotel.

This ryokan was truly extraordinary — hands down the best resort experience I've ever had. The onsens were incredible, with so many to choose from, each offering a different way to unwind. The kaiseki dinner was a highlight in itself — beautifully presented, course after course of exceptional food. Room service was thoughtful and attentive throughout our stay. Set right by the river, the whole property immerses you in Japanese culture and hospitality in the most authentic way. Everything about it — the setting, the onsens, the food, the service — came together for an unforgettable experience. Cannot recommend this place enough.

Staff were excellent, polite, attentive, prompt in response. Room was large, quite dated though and could use updating, especially the bathroom. Waste basket in bathroom was toy sized. Onsen baths were great, nice and ample facilities. Meals were excellent; attended by great staffs.

Great Onsens in Arima

a weekend night out during business trip in Osaka. the hotel is a bit walk from the train station. the receptionist and waitress speak good English. the Onsens are fantastic with three to choose from. breakfast and dinner set meals are delicate with local produces.

Serenity in one spot

Stayed overnight to try out the full ryokan experience. The place is quite wonderful. All three onsens were extremely relaxing, the scenary was eye catching and the staff were quite helpful. The dinner and breakfast were best food experiences I've ever had. The gentleman that personally checked in me in and the waitress spoke English so I never felt left out. I just wished I stayed another night.

員工服務相當親切有禮貌，溫泉設施也相當不錯。 小小美中不足的點在於房內用餐的選項可能預到週末的關係，晚餐上菜速度較慢大概花了2.5小時。相對壓縮到使用飯店設施的時間。

重溫10年前住過的高級溫泉飯店，楓葉季節山景更美，有接泊車往返接送有馬溫泉駅，走路約11分鐘及六甲山有馬溫泉纜車駅，走路約10分鐘。服務人員熱忱有耐心，和室客房清新乾淨，一泊二食精緻用心好吃的日本料理，阿福の男湯及玉鋒の女湯更是有馬溫泉的NO.1，是來有馬溫泉首選的溫泉飯店。

物有所值的温泉一泊二食

酒店有新館同舊館，在1/F有通道相連，方便住客使用温泉設施。酒店一共有3個免費温泉供使用，新館的比較大，設計比較現代。一泊二食食材新鮮，賣相非常好，職員服務殷切，進食餐廳私隱度高，值得一試。
