The hotel is a bit dated - but well worth the convenience of proximity to the Shinkansen - a quick walk over a bridge to the hotel lobby. The room was quite roomy with an excellent breakfast including both western and Japanese options. There is also a quick walk over to the herb gardens and an enjoyable walk down to the port area. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. I loved Kobe and my stay at Ana Crown Plaza!

The staffs are great and helpful. However, the hotel is totally outdated. Facilities in room are not well maintained. Very disappointed under ANA IGH crown plaza hotel chain name.

The staff were very friendly, the room was spotless and the bed very comfortable. The bathroom was fine - a great shower - if a little bit dated. The location was absolutely perfect...steps from the shinkansen station and an easy walk to downtown.
