Very clean. If looking to stay in Haad Rin and don’t want a cheap hostel would definitely recommend this spot. Pool is also pretty well maintained. Also great location for full moon/beach.

Seems like a newly established hotel, where they are still trying to figure out how to run it. The facilities and rooms are fine, but little things are missing like tea/coffee in the room, handsoap in the bathroom etc. Good location on the edge of Had Rin.
