The floors were too dirty to walk on without shoes. When my husband showed the staff member at the front desk a towel where he scooted around after a shower to keep his feet clean she looked disgusted, but didn’t apologize or offer to see management. Not what I expect from anything with the Hilton name.

Worse than you think. Not worth the high $$$

Mold in the shower, some kind of gross smear spray on the mirror right when you walk in. AC parts falling off, no tissues in the box, TP holder fell off the wall when we tore off the paper. For a “king room” there was hardly any room to walk in, could not fur the roller cart in the door and walk around to unload it. Light switches don’t match up, no microwave??? No closet??? For almost $350 it was the biggest rip off of a Hilton branded hotel we’ve ever been to.

Bottom of shower door was covered in mold/mildew. Green and gross. Let them know it was there and our child is allergic to mold and they said they'd have someone clean it "tomorrow".... our checkout day. Knowing she had an allergy.

No coffe or tea in room. Though parking was adequate, ingress to facilities is dangerous. Also, since my credit card was charged an extra $25 for ‘incidentals’ on addition to my basic lodging., and I was not provided with a revised, corrected invoice when I checked out and turned in my room key!

Almost a good night’s sleep

The room was clean and the hotel was quiet, which is very much appreciated. Only complaint was the bed & pillows weren’t very comfortable. My husband I felt each other tossing and turning and my husband said his hip was achy as a result of the mattress. On the plus side we were SO happy to find out this location has an EV charger.

The front desk staff was not really helpful. I booked the room for three people but ended up only having 2. I asked if there was a price difference and the man acted like I asked a dumb question, then when I went on the app it said it would be $24 less for only 2 people.
