Front desk was friendly. Room was clean and everything seemed newish. Bathroom could use some help and fixing the caulking would go a long way. Outside of that we had a great stay with access to breakfast and pool table. I’d stay here again.

Reservation Cancelled by Hotel

When I arrived at midnight I was told they cancelled my reservation. No explanation as to why and I was never notified. The hotel was full and no rooms available. They were not able to assist or provide any help.

The hotel looks brand new. Catching the shuttle was very easy from TYS and it literally across the street from the airport. Perfect, if you have to catch a five am flight the next morning. Customer service was excellent. Only a five minute uber ride from restaurand shopping.
