This is an older hotel but it has been remodeled and is very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. We were visiting knoxville for the savannah bananas game but we would definitely choose this hotel in the future for other events. It's convenient to Downtown.

The property is dated, but maintained. The bedspread had burn holes in it but we were in a non smoking room. The hallway smelled of marijuana but the room did not. The shower was good, great water pressure. The bed was comfortable for the one night. It’s a decent a hotel for an overnight stay.

The only problem that I seen there was no microwave in the room and the breakfast was not up to standards. I think breakfast should be more than cereal and honey buns I understand that it's a financial thing. It's just my opinion cause a lot of them don't serve any breakfast but if it's offer I think it should be more.Other then that the staff took care of any situation that occurred and very helpful and professional.
