Staff was pleasant except for on the last day of my stay a female house keeper opened our door and woke my kids over 2 hours before check out time. I am aware they get to go home once the roons are all cleaned, however they should not be disturbing hotel guests just to go home early. I had an alarm set, my family would have left well before check out time, but with her opening the door and allowing light to shine in the room, my kids woke in a very grumpy mood. Will not be staying at your location. The front desk and breakfast staff were amazing. Room was clean, hotel was clean, quiet and peaceful stay.

Usually one of our favorite places to stay

The room was smaller than we are used to at other Spring Hill Suites we have become accustomed to their were stains in the couch that looked inappropriate...there were no trash recepticals out front and as a traveler you need to be able to dispose of trash from your travels and not keep it in your vehicle....
