The Price Farm house was a charming stay. Comfortable and well appointed. We enjoyed coffee on the front porch while listening to and watching chickens and goats across the road. Great Hidden Gem

We have stayed at Price Farm multiple times. It is very convenient to Neyland Stadium for football weekends. House is always clean and comfortable. Only drawback is the internet WIfi is really slow and would not be conducive for working remotely.

Couldn’t have been better

We came for a volleyball tournament in the heart of Knoxville and the farm felt like it should have been 10s of miles away, but was a quick 11 minute drive. The owners were fantastic. My kids had the best time around the farm and were able to help with chores. The home was very clean and the area peaceful. Perfect place to retreat to after the busy pace of the tournament. We would go back.
