We had an incredible stay at Mark's loft! It has been beautifully renovated, is extremely clean, well-appointed, and spacious, and located in our absolute favorite area of Knoxville. Mark was a fantastic communicator and such a generous host who included several nice extra touches that enhanced our stay. We come to Knoxville a few times a year and this loft has quickly shot to the top of our list of favorite places to stay!

The penthouse is located in a fun area for shopping and bar hopping. It is elegant and stylish and has everything you need for a getaway! The host is very responsive to all of our needs. Highly recommend this location!

Beautiful loft apartment. Completely renovated up to date with beautiful new kitchen with high end appliances. Beautiful newly renovated bathrooms. Beds were comfortable too. Very well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Mark left us snacks, water, coffee. Would definitely stay here again. Easy walking to downtown restaurants

We stayed at this Vrbo in downtown Knoxville for our gymnastics Nationals competition, and it was absolutely perfect! The decor was super cute, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was beautiful. We especially loved the Café appliances. The location was so convenient for everything we needed downtown, and the whole place felt clean, cozy, and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again if we travel back to Knoxville!
