Comfortable one bedroom one bath apartment with a fold out queen sofa. Relax and read, or hit the town. Located on Market Square with two entrances, one on the Square and one on the street with an elevator to go to your apartment. Very secure.
Excellent location overlooking the Market Square Stage in downtown Knoxville.
You can exit directly onto the pedestrian only Square to visit award winning restaurants and local shops, or use the Wall Ave. entrance to gain access to the elevator.
University of Tennessee, Theater District, Gay St., Old City, Worlds Fair Site, History Museum, Convention Center are all within close walking distance...
You can park once and never need you vehicle until you leave.
Farmers Market on the Square every Wed and Sat throughout spring and autumn. Along with music on select Tuesday and Thursday nights.
Walking distance also to the new Stadium for baseball and soccer.
Please be aware that this location is in the center of the city.
It is a very lively entertainment district and it is where people to go and have fun all day and sometimes into the night.
We cannot control the noise from outside, although we do supply fans and earplugs.

Great location on Market Square. Trade off is street noise late at night/early morning. Parking was easy at market square parking garage and unloading was easy with fifteen minute load zone and available carts inside building lobby. Lighting inside unit could be better but overall great place to stay.

Stayed here for 4 nights for a conference. Yes, it's near to everywhere; campus, old town, downtown, parks. Near to the bus stop/KAT too (if you need public transport). And the parking area is just in front of the building. Many restaurants/coffee shops, gift shops, theater, museum, all at the market square. I stayed on weekdays and my nights are quiet It has kitchen and loundry, so its perfect the Sumatra coffee on the drawer reminded me of my homecountry

Nice clean property in a quirky area. Upfront information about possible street noise. I brought a white noise machine that worked well. We struggled with the lockbox but we arrived late so dark -may have been our user error We enjoyed our stay and would come back!

Fabulous apartment! The location is awesome and close to some great restaurants. The apartment has everything you could possibly need for a trip to Knoxville. We loved the decor and the very thoughtful bowl of snacks & treats!

The location exceeded expectations! Garage parking a block down was inexpensive, and we never needed our car. We walked everywhere and always felt safe—around downtown, down to the river for Calhoun’s barbeque, as well as our favorite outing, the Knoxville Museum of Art. Market Square is right outside the door and offers plenty to do—Tuesday night free outdoor concert, Wednesday morning farmer’s market, shady spots to enjoy Cruze Farm ice cream, shopping & meals. The unit is super clean, comfortable, and had every amenity we could possibly need. It was really quiet considering it’s downtown. We could faintly hear music at night in bed, but it was completely drowned out by running the fan of the heating/cooling system. (Any white noise machine/app would drown it out, and the hosts provide ear plugs.) The unit is furnished & decorated so nicely—it’s a really comfortable and delightful place to spend time.
