Paid the higher price because they advertised an indoor pool that was heated!! Upon arrival the pool was not available and I had to pay for parking!! I could have stayed closer to the ball field and paid a more reasonable price and not had to pay for parking on top of everything else. People pick and stay hotels for the amenities they offer so there should be some sort of compensation when they can’t offer the full amenities offered .

Perfect for a UT game or visit to campus. Very close. We were there visiting family. Parking is difficult. Breakfast is ok but was understaffed and out of items (on a weekend). Small lobby. Room was ok. Fitted sheet kept coming off bed. Bring your own pillow.

Excellent hotel. Room was huge, updated and clean. Staff was accommodating and kind. Breakfast was great with many options. Room was on busy street with lots of traffic noise. Use the earplugs that are given to you.
