The hall carpet cleaner than rooms, pink mold in shower faucet, dirty corners of floors. Bathtub slippery, no mat. Check in was great. Person at desk was helpful and very cheery.

I found this hotel to be an excellent choice to stay in while have cataract eye surgery in Knoxville Tennessee! It close to my surgeon office plus it has so many places to eat and shop while such a very close proximity to my eye doctor! It provides my breakfast a nice area to dog walk and the associates that work here are very super nice and friendly! The lady on second shift that checked me in was SO NICE that I chose to come back again and stay for my second surgery!
