The home was as posted. Pictures are accurate. They had everything we needed. I even had to use the washing machine. The air conditioner was nice and cool on all 3 levels. We enjoyed playing the UT themed Jinga and UT puzzles. Very cozy. Easily accessible. Close to everything especially the campus. Wished we had time to spend the roof-top patio. We even walked to a nice brunch spot called Mimosa. The host were helpful in finding places for us. They also have a nice booklet with information about popular restaurants and entertainment. We'd definitely go back.

We were in town for a baseball tournament. I am not very familiar with Knoxville so was a little nervous on booking a location. This place really hit the mark and worked out beautifully. It is very close to UT campus and downtown. It gave us easy access to other fields we were playing on as well. The place was clean, newer feel, and had everything we needed. I enjoyed having a full sized washer/dryer to wash those baseball uniforms. Communication with the host was great and I received quick responses when I had questions. The instructions during check in and check out were simple and easy to do. My family loved Kerns that was right across the street. We also enjoyed Earl’s restaurant which was a 5 minute drive. Parking was easy and safe. Highly recommend this property!

My family really enjoyed our stay at Gameday Getaway. We came for a weekend trip to attend a UT baseball game, and the location was perfect! My boys loved the Vols themed bunk room. We would definitely stay here again!

Great weekend getaway!

From our teenager to our grandpa who traveled with us, this place impressed us all! The host thought of everything we may need, and they showed quick responses with communication needs. We would LOVE to stay here again!

This is a great place very close to UT. Was very clean and nicely decorated. Would definitely recommend. (This may be a Vrbo photo error as it shows 2 twin bunks, but it is one bunk (2 twin beds, not 2 twin bunks.)

Lovely, clean space

This was a great home base for exploring Knoxville for the Big Ears Music Festival! I was on my own, but this would also be a great spot for a family with kids. The host was also really helpful and let me check in a bit early. Highly recommend!
