This Beautiful home boasts an open floor plan, 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, LVP & tile thru out the home, exposed beams, modern lighting, spacious family room and game room flank the modern kitchen area. The house has several useable outside areas including a large covered front porch , a covered area on the side for dining outside or cornhole, a patio area in the rear with a fire pit. All of this and its in close proximity to the University of Tennessee & downtown Knoxville only 4 miles away. Another Bonus is its less then hours drive to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. This home is a perfect choice for your next Tennessee adventure.

This property is fantastic! We attended UT's Homecoming weekend, and the proximity to campus was perfect for us! The property itself far exceeded our expectations! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
