Rooms smelled moldy and bathroom smelled like wet dog. Tub was dirty. I stood at the bar for about 5 min and the bartender never offered to help, so I walked off. I reserved two rooms. Both were cleaned and turned around before 11 as we were at breakfast. We came back to one of the rooms with a stripped bed and housekeeping and the other had been flipped for the next guest, even with our belongings in both rooms. The front desk was very helpful and the location was convenient for our event location.

It’s a terrific property and I highly recommend it particularly for the banquets. They prepared meals for the Fireball Run Adventurally and it was the finest steak I’ve ever had that was served to massive amounts of people delicious and perfect.

We went to windrock for a day of riding. Stayed here overnight to get an early start for the next day. We decided to go to the pool and it was excellent! Warm water, very clean, and indoor/outdoor which was very cool. Loved it!

Front desk clerk was very nice. Warm delicious cookies at check in .The room was very comfortable and clean. Rooms are very quite and relaxing. We will definitely stay here if we are in the area again.

Room smoke detector had a quarter inch of dust on it! Saw a roach in bathroom and tv did not work plus room was very noisy due hotel construction! Very disappointed.

Meals eaten there were well prepared and very ample in portion size. Excellent coffee. Very nice staff. There was no discomfort with the bed. Actually it was quite nice. I am planning multiple trips to the area and will be staying at the Double Tree Oak Ridge.

I enjoyed it's an older hotel that has kept its personality. The rooms are all upgraded however with modern fixtures and very comfortable beds. Really enjoyed my 3 nights here. Very clean, friendly staff, would stay again.

Clean Retro

Very clean, friendly fast service. The whole hotel is very 1980s, but retro is in, right? It’s was kind of fun! The only thing that was a negative was the outdated air conditioner. Our room was humid and it didn’t get as cold as we’d like.
