When my grandson and I arrived to our room it was a little after midnight (Friday night/Saturday morning) My grandson immediately took off his shoes and began playing. Within just a few minutes, the bottoms of his feet were caked with dirt. I wiped the floor with a wet towel and it came back just as dirty (almost black). Soon after, I saw a couple of roaches. When I called the front desk right then, I was told rather rudely that I could either check out for a 'partial refund,' or I could stay and get nothing. He told me I could call the GM and complain to them.
Since we had driven so far, I made sure our belongings were not left out where the roaches could get to them and we stayed. The next morning, I asked for housekeeping to mop the room. The lady came in and halfway swiped at the floor with a barely damp mop and left. The floor was still filthy. When we were about to shower, I let the water run for abiut 10 minutes and it was still cold, so I called the desk again. The manager and came to the room with someone else (I assume maintenance), and by that time the water was heating up, and he rather rudely said, "it's hot, turn it off so everybody else can have hot water."
When we checked out Sunday morning, I saw that I was charged 2 pet fees for each day. (I only brought one 8 lb. dog) When I asked for it to be fixed, I was asked who checked me in, and then was told, "the computer did it. It would have fixed itself." Overall, I would not stay here again. EVER.
