I didn’t realize it was RIGHT NEXT TO THE HIGHWAY….and you could hear every single car and truck. There was a huge gap under the door. Breakfast was granola bars and Raisin Bran or fruit loops. It was clean but waaaaaay too noisy. Won’t stay again. I need my sleep.

The shower was great, best one ever. Breakfast time needs extending. Wall photo was beautiful. TV needed more channels but worked well. Beds too soft and found a cockroach when entered into the room. Staff friendly and helpful.

We ended up asking for a refund and found another hotel. The room was dirty and had bugs. Housekeeping checked the room and agreed. The desk clerk was very helpful and we got a full refund.

Discourteous check-in staff. No one cleaned the room. Bath faucet was stuck on shower. Bath was clogged. Sink was clogged. Only tho g good was location.

The room was cute but by the time we walked around for two minutes in socks, the bottoms were black! Someone’s hair stuck to the socks & all. The man at the front desk was very sweet and helpful atleast.. that made up for dirty floors. Amazing shower pressure 10/10

Resort has no elevators and very dirty. Our room had hair on toilet, the bathroom floor, the bathroom counter and even on a folded clean hanging up towel for us to use (not one small piece either, had a piece of women’s dark hair extension folded inside)
