The room was fine...clean and everything worked. The gentleman at reception was friendly and helpful......but the elevators werent working so had to take the stairs. Also not sure what was up, be it renevations or general construction but several rooms on the first two floors at least were clearly out of commission and had what looked to be industrial blowers in the doorways leading me to think there may have been a plumbing issue. This hotel met my needs but inwould not have booked if i had known this in advance

Bev at breakfast was the best!! Food was great. Room was comfy but first room had big issues. We were transferred and it was better. New room cable connection was duct taped. Had to jiggle it and then we could watch tv. Otherwise, it was a good stay and we'd stay again, especially because of Bev.

Bev, the lady at the breakfast buffet was excellent and so friendly. We looked forward to seeing her each morning. We had to change rooms because the bathtub faucet was leaking terribly and the cable box was out of the wall. The 2nd room had duct tape around the cable and we had to jiggle it to get tv stations. The front staff was average. Air conditioning was okay. We've stayed a few times and this was the worst stay so far, other than Bev the breakfast worker. She made our day.
