The staff were very nice upon arrival. We noticed the room smelled as though someone had smoked especially after visiting another room. The room was in the 40’s when we entered. The heater did warm up but after returning from dinner we saw a mysterious bug in the bathroom and did not feel comfortable sleeping there. We were given another room immediately that did not smell and appeared to be much cleaner. Breakfast was a nice amenity. We should have requested a different room immediately as the rooms were very dissimilar.

Had to move rooms because the fridge in the first one didn't work so that was very accommodating of them. The staff was nice and I had no issues. However, I was sad that the very day i checked in the hot tub stopped working and wasn't repaired yet when i left 7 days later. Hope they got it done eventually!

The room was clean and the staff was courteous. However, there were issues that made our stay less than enjoyable: the toilet clogged, 2 lightbulbs were out, including the long tube light over the sink with no one on the property who could replace it, the iron poured dirty water on the clothes we were trying to iron, and the mattress had a distinct sag in the middle which caused difficulty in getting a good night's sleep.
