The staff was very professional and friendly. Room was very clean. Everything in the room functioned properly. The free hot breakfast provided was very good. A free coffee machine in the lobby that makes a wide variety of coffees with the push of a button.

The elevator had been out of order for days, according to the desk clerk. Also even though we were told that pets were allowed only on the first floor we saw guests running up the stairs with several dogs (obviously not a service dog)! We had booked a room in advance and when we were checking in we realized we couldn’t stay there because of severe allergies and the inability to walk up stairs. We asked for a refund since we could not stay there and were denied. Very frustrating and we will not book there again.

the room was clean but sofa bed must have been 30 years old with no fabric on the sofa but not the cushions and the carpeting appeared to never be cleaned. However, the hard flooring was clean.
