This home is a duplex. You will have the entire main floor of the home to yourself with complete privacy and access through the home`s front door, a private porch, and shared outdoor spaces. Owner is a working professional who lives downstairs, has a separate entrance in the back of the home, and utilizes the driveway exclusively. you are free to park up to three vehicles on the road directly in front of the house in front of and behind the mailbox.

The downstairs unit is occupied full-time and the driveway space is for the basement unit. Please message the host or co-host via the Airbnb message app if you need anything at all during your stay.

The home is a 1/4 mile from I-40 which makes for easy access to any part of Knoxville. On occasion you may hear traffic, but for the most part, the home`s interior is quiet.

-No smoking of any kind, including vaping or pot smoking in the house are the guests may be charged for smoke remediation.
-No more than two pets allowed unless host has granted written permission
