Hotel is older but it was nice and clean. You can tell they are trying to upgrade/modernize. Check-in staff was friendly and helpful. We were only staying one night after a concert, so we only spent a few hours there to sleep, we didn't' want anything too expensive. We did not eat the breakfast. Would stay again.

Staff was friendly. The only issue we had and we did not report them to staff. The room was very clean except the floor and it had dog hair on it that your socks would pick up when you walked across it. And the tv remote was weak. Maybe a weak battery.

The breakfast was very minimal in choice. The coffee also didn’t taste very good. My bathroom in my room smelled disgusting (like old pee). The carpets in the rooms and hallways need a serious cleaning. I was also charged a fee for “incidentals” when I had already pre-paid on Expedia; that was totally unexpected and unfair. Yes, it was returned in the next few business days, but I feel this is not proper business practice when Expedia stated that all fees were covered in the price I pre-paid.

We were greeted well by friendly staff, room and bathroom were clean and well well stocked. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful with options, including gluten-free ones (eggs, yogurt, rice crispies, and oatmeal. Service was friendly and helpful at breakfast. Thank you for a nice place to rest up before another day of travel!

Staff is friendly! First room had dogfood on the floor. After we let the receptionist know, she insisted to change a room for us. The second room had strong bleach smell, we opened the window and ran water in the bath tub. The carpet in the room and stairs are quite wear out!

The room had a terrible smell of like the room had mildew. The tub was cracked and dirty looking there where tape holding the soap dispenser in the shower, I requested a lower level room close the the front due to my husband was in heart failure has a hard time waking any distance, they put us on 2nd floor with a very long walk from the elevators, when I call down to the front desk blame it on hotels.com, i explained I had received a email from Wyndham themselves, then oh I see it it was a oversight. Gave us a room that was smelly and the bathroom was terrible. This is my second stay, I don’t think I will stay there again. Let’s not forget the pubic hair that was in the shower.
