Stay clear of this property. And especially if you need to change your reservation. Unfortunately, because of an emergency I was unable to stay at the hotel. They refused to accommodate my request and took my money and the general manager refused to even call me back or speak about the issue. For someone who has stayed at multiple hotels. I've never dealt with such immaturity of a manager refusing to call me back.

We've stayed there numerous times but this time, the shower wasn't clean and hairs on the toilet seat. The shower didn't drain and you were standing in a couple of inches of water till you were through. The heat, ac did not work, so hot in the room. No coffee pods.

Room was clean when we arrived… but not cleaned daily. No bed making, no vacuum, no extra! Only two things done daily, towels were taken daily and clean towels put out and two small garbage cans cleaned. The hotel staff wants a tip for that? I will say the staff in the food area were friendly and nice. Food no good! Won’t be back!
