The innkeeper, Anzu MAMA, reevaluated “eating,” “resting,” and “living” after a serious illness. From that experience, she created “Dream Rice Flour Bread”—sugar-free and additive-free—using her own unique gluten-free method. Paired with side dishes rich in essential nutrients, she pursues “nourishing meals” that quietly delight the body.
