Parking was good. No staff on arrival or departure. No breakfast left even though it said till 10, we left at 830. No coffee. No orange juice. Mattress was hard and uncomfortable. Overall will never return.

This is on par with some of the very low end hotel chains. Not super clean. Very outdated room in need of repairs. I sneezed for the first half hour in the room and that is not normal for me.

Stayed here last minute because of a snow storm, as we couldn’t drive home. There wasn’t much around but it was quick and convenient. The staff was nice, room was comfortable and they were quick to have the parking lot plowed in the morning so we could leave.

The towels were old and some had yellow stains … yuk … the pillows and mattress were lumpy and uncomfortable … the tourist information was shoved in a drawer and there was no pen or notepad … pretty standard in hotel rooms … Elora is such a pretty place … it is too bad management doesn’t take better care of the premises … the sink stopper didn’t work properly … couldn’t drain the water … there were old blood stains on the mattress protector … gross … on the good side … the sheets were clean … the hotel was quiet and the air conditioner worked … not worth the $155.00 I spent for the night.
