▪︎ Guests have access to the private apartment unit, including; the bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and living areas. (mechanical + storage room aren't accessible to guests).

▪︎ For Parking: Street parking is generally allowed from April–November without an exemption, and from December–March with an overnight exemption. Please refer to the Kitchener bylaws for confirmation.
