The hotel is amazing, location is perfect , team is friendly. My only concern was that I had to hear my neighbor toilet flush every time and any time where it made my room stay not that comfort.

The hotel is in a great location right next to the water. Signage could be better outside to find it. Overall the hotel is tired. The beds need to be upgraded. Breakfast was ok. It was ok for one night.

Grateful! Divine intervention? We had Trolley car tickets for 10:00 a.m ( be on time or forfeit). Drove to two parking garages but are vehicle was over height restriction--- time was ticking...9:40 am...some how we ended up in front of Residence Inn and thought--- maybe they'll let us park? They let us park and checked us in bf the 4pm check in. Ran for our Trolly just in time. Day 2- Had a fire alarm go off at 8:15 am. We all headed down the stairwells to congregate in the breakfast area ( we were going there anyway ( not upset it was a false alarm). The crew did a fabulous job keeping the crowd of us fed, coffee and breakfast in hand. Thank you Residence Inn Marriott for a job well done! Only one upgrade--- the pillows were just a little too squishy for me. I have a feeling you would have changed them out if I'd asked. That's on me.

Excellent Stay

The location is perfect, right in downtown but far from the noise and near the water. The hotel is friendly and room was very spacious for our family of 4 plus one pet. Desk staff is super friendly. The one thing that we wished it was better was the pool and hot tub. They were too small and not that clean. We didn’t stay for long in there. The best and highlight of our stay was the breakfast. It saved us a lot of money. The waffle station is such a hot with the guests. I was really impressed with the paper bag provided for us to take a couple of fruits and a banana bread for our outdoor activities in the area. I will be staying at a Marriott again!

I loved that i can wake up early ,grab an always fresh coffee from hotel cafeteria ( free )and sit right on the water watching boats sail and sun rise/set. 2 blocks from the downtown area, everything was close, shopping, eating and tourist attractions. ( my only suggestion is that parking rates be rolled into room fees, $40 per night not ideal ). Other than that , everything was amazing and will do it again.
