Good location. 15 minute walk to everything. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Great price. Stay here for a good place to sleep. Not to hang around hotel. Beds very comfortable.

Really nice and clean hotel and very convenient for our stopover in Kingston. Hotel has clearly been recently renovated, the free drinks in reception was a welcome addition. The highlight to our stay was Pat the duty manager on reception. She was unbelievably kind, friendly and helpful and definitely made our stay more enjoyable. She went above and beyond at check in and check out. Would happily stay again.

I had a short stay but plan to stay again. The room met my needs and had a small refrigerator and microwave which was a bonus. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and friendly. Also the complimentary Coffee was nice touch . Thank you. David
