We did enjoy our stay. View awesome. Door "chatters" when others open and close. Seems no fan in bathroom. Upon checking in, a major credit card was needed for authorization. I did not have but could have put a deposit on a visa debit card. I was not the only one with this issue. I did what i had to but i went through all for ch

Room was average, bathroom didn't have a fan so when you shower it was be steamy until you open the bathroom door, shower had barely any water pressure so if you have long hair like me get ready to take a long time to get product out of your hair. Over the course of our stay we had multiple knocks on the door from young boys thinking it was their room. Hockey team that was staying at the hotel kept telling off balcony. Was not a pleasant stay and won't return to this hotel.

The room views were stunning. However our room was never cleaned during our stay and we ended up having lots of ants in our washroom. They sent someone to take care of it in the evening but all they did was vacuum said ants and nearly 30 mins later they were back . So that was kinda gross . The wifi was slow and lagged. Wasn’t able to do any work with a laptop . Other than that the staff was friendly. Super close to walk to restaurants and shops and the water

The water view from our hotel room was beautiful, clean room, comfortable bed and delicious breakfast buffet. Walls are paper thin, you could hear a lot of banging or yelling from other guests/families.

This is best hotel I've been to and is totally value for money! The view was amazing, the room was very clean, and the staff was very helpful and polite. We also went to the pool at night when it was almost empty and that was also very clean.

When we arrived, the room was very clean, and we loved the shower. However, during our 4-day stay, the bathroom was never cleaned or mopped. Housekeeping only made the bed and changed the towels. The toilet paper was of very poor quality — the hotel should definitely consider changing the brand. This hotel has great potential because of its excellent location, but it really needs a full renovation and better daily room maintenance. With a few improvements, it could be a wonderful place to stay.
