Room was good. King size bed had a small fitted sheet that would never fit properly. Breakfast was typical, but Saturday was packed and things ran out.

Staff were incredibly pleasant and friendly, and the atmosphere was very welcoming! A friend and I booked the jacuzzi suite as a “staycation Mom getaway”. The room was clean and comfortable, the entire hotel was very clean and well-kept, and the pillows were fantastic. We were super impressed with breakfast, which was serve-yourself buffet of wonderful Denny’s-esque options kept replenished and hot! Delicious and vast options! The pool and hot tub were great. We will be back once a season — see you in spring!

If you are sensitive to odors, this is not a place for you. There’s a strong smell of air freshners everywhere, including the room. I would not go back for this reason. Curtains would not close fully. It’s ok, except for the the strong smell every where.

The pool and the hot tub were not available. Nobody let us know in advance. When I complained to get a refund, because those were the main reasons I choose that hotel, they denied it because we paid through Expedia. Very poor customer service, they offered points but I wont choose this hotel again. The room was ok. They gave us 3 sets of towels, coffee etc, because at first we were going to be 3. I updated the number and paid for it, but still they didn't bring us the 4th set.
