The pool and the hot tub were not available. Nobody let us know in advance. When I complained to get a refund, because those were the main reasons I choose that hotel, they denied it because we paid through Expedia. Very poor customer service, they offered points but I wont choose this hotel again. The room was ok. They gave us 3 sets of towels, coffee etc, because at first we were going to be 3. I updated the number and paid for it, but still they didn't bring us the 4th set.
