Beautiful location and the staff was super helpful. There was no refrigerator in our room but we asked about it at the desk and then they brought us one! Beds were super comfy. Breakfast was good and free parking across the street for customers of the Inn. Would definitely stay there again!

We absolutely loved our time there and would stay again. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the bedding was soft. The scenery during breakfast is beautiful and relaxing. We did not feel rushed and the staff were friendly and helpful. When we were running late for the Thousand Island Boat Tour and worried we would miss breakfast they offered to box up our food instead.

Beautiful location with great views. The staff was very good, but the hotel is tired and un-kept in many areas. The food in the restaurants was ok, but not great. This hotel has much untapped potential with a little more attention to detail.

We had a large, bright room on the third floor. It was unique in that it does not look like every other hotel room. Staff is very friendly and willing to help even when we didn't need help. For instance, a staff member was called to help us with our bags. Parking across the street and off the road is good.

The reason we love this property is the setting in a historic building in an historic neighbourhood. Lots of charm and character. Outdoor seating in the waterfront rooms makes for an enjoyable stay. A quick walk to the City Cruises. Was happy to see they had refreshed the waterfront rooms. I would like to see them continue replacing the old muskoka chairs and tables as some are in need of repair. We will be back.
