Very clean, comfortable rooms. All staff friendly, front desk staff always acknowledged with smile or nod when re-entered facility. Easy walk to downtown, fresh market, tourist info centre, cruise pier, walking paths, shopping and eateries. Enjoyed the onsight restaurant also- good food and timely, friendly service.

It just grosses me out when there’s other people’s hair in the bathroom when a bathroom is supposed to be cleaned. I counted at least three. Everything else about this hotel was nice. However, charging $38 a day to park there is a joke!!!

For the price i paid (almost 400.00 for the night) this hotel was a huge let down. Cleanliness overall... not great. Outer white blanket had black markings all over it..one seemed like a shoe print..did not use that blanket. Grubby/old stale type smell in the room and hallways. Like mustiness. And "Harborview" was a pile of scaffolding or maybe window washer supplies heaped in front of the window.. felt hugely ripped off with this hotel..

Perfect location to experience Kingston

Love this hotel. Especially beautiful in the summer months. Great location close to all the great restaurants and harbour. Pet friendly hotel. They welcome our dogs every time we stay.

A totally outstand hotel. Very clean and always smelled fresh and nice. Staff was extremely happy and seemed to genuinely like each other and their jobs and showed sincere interest in their guests, what activities they were up to and trying to do anything to make their guests feel welcome and comfortable. I highly recommend the Delta Marriott Waterfront to all and will definitely be returning. Also would highly recommend AquaTerrace, the onsite restaurant offerring great dinner and breakfast selections, made to perfection, and even better servers (Duncan)
