This loft apartment was the perfect cozy getaway for my partner and me for a couple days! It is clean and beautifully designed which made our stay very peaceful. It’s walking distance from the town center and a lot of fun bars, restaurants, and shops. Our hosts were communicative and kind, and we’ll definitely be visiting again sometime soon. 10 out of 10!

We have been in Kingston for Christmas for the last few years and stay at a VRBO. This one was the most accessible, roomy and the hosts are very accommodating. Extremely clean with many essentials available. Also very easy to walk to the bars and restaurants in the historic district. I would highly recommend and, very affordable! A lot of value and quality! Thank you!

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Eric and Derek's apartment. First of all, they were super responsive to our questions before and during our stay. I don't think I waited more than five minutes to hear back. Next, the apartment is spacious and very comfortable. We immediately felt at home, loved the decor, and found everything we needed to enjoy our stay — and then some. The kitchen was well-equipped and better stocked than most with spices, oils and other cooking needs. The bed was comfortable; the AC was superb — we were there during a heat wave — and the apartment is ideally located for enjoying uptown and midtown Kingston. None of our destinations — the Ulster Performing Arts Center, Mirador (our favorite restaurant there), the farmers market and most shops — were more than a 15-minute walk away. We highly recommend staying here and hope to be back soon.

Eric and Derek could not have been more responsive, accommodating, and welcoming. This was put to a serious test when the unusually frigid temperatures froze the pipes to the bath and shower. They tried to resolve the issue but the single digit temps won out. With no hesitation, they issued a refund to us.The loft was top to bottom sparkling clean and showed great attention to detail and thoughtful design. Excellent location as well. Gratitude to their demonstrated professionalism.
