DO NOT BOOK THIS ACCOMMODATION!! We went to Kingston and needed to find something at the last minute. We booked this bachelor apartment despite the bad reviews. It was IMPOSSIBLE to contact the host. When we arrived, there were already other people there with reservations. These people had also tried to contact the host without success. The host clearly gives the access code to anyone who books. Now we are having difficulty getting a refund from Expedia!!

Apartment was occupied by someone else when we arrived despite the rental being confirmed. Thankfully we avoided walking in when someone was there. But two parties having access to the security code to get in is a problem in so many fronts — could have gone horribly wrong, Nevermind the terrible inconvenience this caused us. Host was unresponsive to multiple messages. Had to contact VRBO for a refund. They were helpful but there were no rentals available in town that night AT ALL. This host should be removed.
