The room was lovely, beds were comfortable (except the pull out but they are always springy). Staff was friendly and helpful. They had a bistro available for breakfast but it wasnt complimentary. Kids had a blast in the pool slide.

The kids loved the pool and slide. The life guards were kind and turned on the slide at the very end of the allowable time so we could use it, despite no one else in the pool area.

Hotel was ok. In a busy parking lot among other shops off the highway. Service wasn’t great and there’s not much charm here but it gets the job done for 1 or 2 nights. We were promised a fold out bed and it was a broken chair style chaise with a big sag. We ended up needing to share beds, which was not planned. Room was clean.

We had an amazing stay — the service, rooms, and amenities were all truly five-star. Everything was clean, elegant, and well cared for. The only downside was the food downstairs, which felt way too overpriced for what you get. Otherwise, a fantastic experience and we’d happily return!

Yes shops were nearby. The only issue was Starbucks for coffee. Muffins were not so good and very expensive. Service was slow however staff were very polite.

Pool slide hours were not clear before booking and they were doing swim lessons while we were swimming which was odd. The pool is not very big for swim lessons to be happening during hours of operation. Our tv constantly was cutting out and we couldn’t watch anything. The guy at the front desk was not very friendly and not helpful. Overall would not come again. Also on another note. Late night snack of a chocolate bar an a pop at the front desk why is a chocolate bar 4$?!? I will say Tyler at the front desk was very approachable and friendly!
