The room itself was nice and clean, but ...check in was slow ( the family in front of me was given a room already occupied by other guests), the rug in the hallway smells like smoke, and just finding the road to the hotel is poorly lit so I turned around 3 times to find the road. Its a large hotel and the signage to the lobby is poor. It needs an update.

Uncomfortable. Rook keys worked only once. Had to request new every time we went out. Most of all unsafe! Strangers were given room key and opened our room while we were inside. Worse stay ever!

The first night we had a mouse get into our things and made a mess. I told front desk, they said "Sorry" I showed them pictures of the mess. Housekeeping emptied our garbage during the day, but NEVER VACCUMED THE MESS! The next morning I told front desk again what happened, same guy, and he said there was nothing he could do since I booked through Hotels.com

For starters, hotel room had roaches and at the indoor pool area/ arcade and eating area which was nice, others talked about roaches in their rooms as well. We were told free breakfast when paying and the day we checked in they changed it to no linger free. Also no coffee in the lobby, what hotel doesnt have free coffee available at the front lobby. Had to pay for the coffee, which was good but should'nt have had to pay for it. No smart tv's. Halls and rooms are all dark. All in all hotel needs to be updated. It's location is convenient as it is 3 min away from town, which has lots of dining options and shops. Would not stay here again unless there are no other options available in that area and still may not even if so.

Neither the website nor the app mentioned about an extra charge for breakfast, the room had an iron that did not work, there were no extra towels if you wanted to use the pool, the manager was not present at the moment of my reporting it to the hotel staff. Overall i will not recommend this place.

Kids’ New Favorite Hotel

Perfectly average hotel sufficient for our one night stopover. Kids loved the pool and arcade games. Rooms and bathrooms decent sized Beds comfortable enough Good amenities (pool, gym, arcade games, breakfast) Hotel is dated, some sheets ripped/stained, limited pool towels available, obvious water damage to ceilings. Perfectly fine for a quick stopover, wouldn’t spend multiple nights here though.

I was pleasantly surprised with how gorgeous this hotel was. My room was super clean. The fitness area along with the pool were beautiful. If I'm ever in the area again this is where I will be staying!
