Room was great but check in was ridiculous. While I was filling up in north flagstaff I pre registered on line to make check in seem less intrusive. No directions to hotel… on to google maps. I was required to fill out same information at the desk for our paperless society. I asked anywhere close by to eat? Reply; depends on what you want to eat. Not a retort I needed after 785 miles. Safeway was close.and I regret it. Then I couldn’t connect on Wi-Fi apparently two hotels supply two different Wi-Fi‘s. The one that came on top of my list didn’t work. Maybe good to know. Easy stuff to correct the hotel looks very nice

The bathroom was not convenient to use. The faucet shot water everywhere beyond the sink and the shower was hard to use because it sprayed water and was not enclosed so it went out all over the floor. Design was not set up well. The bed was very comfortable and the room very clean. The breakfast was just mediocre. Not much of a choice. Asked for 2 Queen beds and got a King bed.

The room was really nice! Very clean, new, spacious. Despite being next to the interstate, the sound was muffled enough to fade into the background. The bed was super comfy. Got a great sleep. It was great there were at least some vegan breakfast options like oatmeal, bagels, peanut butter, fruit. Soy oat or almond milk would have been really nice.

Overall our experience was perfect. Check-in was easy and friendly. My husband is on crutches, so the receptionist was very accommodating and put us in a room close by.
