The room was less than clean. I wiped surfaces with a washcloth and water and the washcloth was brown afterwards. The bathroom door had dried fluids running down on both inside and outside. The refrigerator had sticky residual on the racks and bottom shelf. The motel grounds were littered with cigarette butts, empty liquor bottles and caps and a large amount of dog poop. I appreciate the fact that dogs are welcomed here but the barking was ridiculous. There are rules but no one is held accountable. And finally, it’s non-smoking but the hallway reeks of cigarette and marijuana smoke. Also noted a woman with her head out of her motel room window smoking.

Did not check in as when I finally pulled into town at 9pm there ware multiple people standing outside drinking and sleeping on the premises and it was completely unsafe. The pictures made it seem like a nice place to stay but it is run down and very unsafe. Hotel said they would charge me one night and refund my other two nights I had booked, but it has now been almost a month and still no refund. DO NOT STAY HERE!

It was a Motel 6 after all so expectations were low. I had hopes that we’d be pleasantly surprised but that didn’t happen. It was clean and the shower was very good but the non-smoking room definitely had been smoked in and smelled bad. There was no carpeting (maybe a good thing?) nor area rugs which I missed. The room was a surprisingly good size and I’d upgraded for a microwave and fridge. The bed was hard which my husband liked, I did not. The elevator and corridors looked neglected and the entry doors into the building provided no security as they were broken and couldn’t be locked. It could have been worse, I suppose. We'll be back next year for the same event but will not stay there again. The front desk people were friendly and professional.
