Floor was filthy. Not swept, or mopped or santizied, the bed spread was filthy was previous ppl. Breakfast was awful except for the waffles. The bed. The bed was the worst part. 30 year old mattress. You could feel the springs, everytime u moved u heard the spring it was like sleeping on rocks. Do not go here.

Our stay at the Baymont was overall pleasant. The room was clean and updated. The customer service was very good. Tye check-in and out processxwas easy. The property was very quiet, except at 5am when the occupants upstairs stomped around and moved what sounded like furniture. My one main complaint is that lobby space should be improved for the breakfast buffet. The tabletops aren't secured to the table pedestal and almost toppled over. There is only 1 wafflemaker. There is no microwave for heating up the breakfast and coffee which is cold during the latter half of the breakfast. I suggest replacing the oversived, wobbly tables with smaller ones to have more seating, have a microwave, and place a 2nd wafflemaker. Then it would be perfect.

Won't ever stay here again. Service from workers was lousy. TV didn't work so I couldn't watch my football game and receptionist said she didn't know how to fix it. There was dirt and pubic hair under the sheets so the cleaning person probably never switched out new bedding, the furniture was all tore up, shower head broken, terrible location so it sounded like I was sleeping on the highway. The wash towel looked like someone washed their boots with it. I told the receptionist the next morning and he said like this was a canned and usual response "Sorry but I can't do anything about it." This place is a slum. I would not give them even a one star rating if I could.
