Spacious home for family and pets.Free WiFi . Lots of stairs. Backyard patio 18x10 with metal awning. Propane BBQ and Blackstone. Fire pit with burn permit. Wood provided. Living room with seating for 7. Mini split for heat and AC. Free Prime with TV. Dining area off of the kitchen with coffee bar and liquor cabinet. Kitchen with dishwasher,fridge with filtered water and ice and stove with oven. Next level with single/twin bed and double bed. Each with tv and fans. Next level is queen bed with tv and 2 lounging chairs with ottomons. Ceiling fan . AC provided during summer. Basement with games and toys for kids as pictured. Air hockey, fuseball, etc. Washer dryer and 2nd bathroom. Garage has pool table and official size ping pong table that can be placed on top of pool table. Driveway easily parks 2 cars.Close to Highway 21 which is the main road. Sometimes noisy. Pets allowed. Non smoking. Close to Port Elgin, Southampton and Saugeen Shores beach . Tobermory and Owen Sound about 60-90minutes away. Access to many beautiful water falls in Owen sound. Hoggs Falls one of our favorites. Beautiful sunsets. June to Aug bagpipers every Saturday evening in downtown Kincardine. Different fairs in the different cottage towns. On clean Lake Huron. Miles and miles of beaches. Many parks and bike trails.

One of our favourite stays, ever. Bill is an amazing host! Great communication, recommendations and tips. The place was perfect for our family of four our dog. I’ve never seen one so well stocked and thoughtfully packaged and cared for. Highly recommended!
