fab hotel! rooms and hotel so clean, staff was amazing. there is a small sauna that can be booked, and you should! so worth it! breakfast is not hot, but has everything you need to fuel you for the day. there are bottles of water, fizzy waters, juice, coffee and tea, and fresh very tasty cookies available 24/7 for guests-free of charge! you don't get much free these days, so that was very appreciated. we will for sure be coming again

11/10 the absolute best option for Cranbrook/Kimberly area. We rented a Tesla over Turo and we we're able to charge it free there so the hotel was extremely perfect and had free travel. ABSOLUTELY would recommend to a friend and will be staying again. Than you guys so much for such a wonderful experience. Great breakfast and the photos speak for themselves:)

Great continental breakfast (warm cinnamon bun offering was a cozy touch) and customer service was excellent. I received a phone call to make sure I was OK getting to the hotel, which is always nice when you are travelling somewhere new. Thank you!

Rooms are quite small, smaller than the average the availability of numerous social lounging areas is a plus. The continental breakfast is well above average. The boutique quaint vibe of the place is very comfortable. Being right across the street walking distance from the Platzl is also convenient. I will be staying there again upon my return to the area and would recommend others to check it out.

Great little gem, excellent location. Rooms are well appointed and the staff are there to help. Lots of little extras and the breakfast is top notch. We have returned a number of times. Highly recommended

Incredibly friendly staff at check in. The room itself was awesome. Had a ton of character, but not in a bad way. Really felt comfortable. The bed, as well, incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was a pretty good size. And you're literally a block away from the Platzl. Ample parking beside the hotel if the limited parking spots are all taken. The breakfast was slightly above average as far as continental breakfasts go, with cold and hot items.

This is one of the cutest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The rooms are well-equipped and clean, and the ambiance of the common areas is so charming. It’s right next to the little downtown area of Kimberley for shopping and restaurants. 10/10
