Hot tub was great and house was clean. There were a couple of items that need to be reviewed. The dishes/glasses in cupboards were not all clean as well as pans. The pans had food still on them. The main bathroom toilet paper holder fell off when we put a roll on it. It was not broke, just needs to be tightened. Also, the light did not work in the laundry room.

We were really pleased with our stay at The Barn. We appreciated the linens, towels, and starter set of toiletries that were provided. The kitchen was well stocked with pans, baking essentials, dishes, etc. but no pantry ingredients (Be sure to bring your own oil, seasonings, sugar, etc. from home). The house easily could sleep 12 people although we had a small group of four. The salt water pool was small but so delightful. We were still able to relax on a couple inner floats.Our only true complaint was how Village Reality, the company managing the property, was impossible to get a hold of. If you were to have a true problem during your stay, you'd be on your own. We reached out several times with some questions and one issue with the lock and never heard a word from them. Only automated responses and reminders. Overall, we loved it and would definitely stay again.

My family stayed in this house for decades (since the 80’s) so I was excited to see that it was up for rent again. I’ll say that the price is almost 4 times higher than it used to be but..The pool is nice but small, water was low and cold. Hot tub was great but water level was low. Nobody came out to clean the pool mid-week like they do at other rentals. There was a storm so it got mulch and sand in it. Also trash in the front yard when we arrived. No toilet paper, soap, detergent or any basic supplies so make sure you bring all of that.Captured a couple 2inch cockroaches which isn’t surprising for the homes age and location. Few lights were finicky so I’d recommend fixing a couple electrical problems. (Laundry bathroom)Dryer door handle missing in laundry, I’d check vent as it takes a few cycles to dry things. Internet was extremely poor.Overall, the house was pretty clean and we enjoyed it. Great location if you like being near the noise and fun! Would most likely go again.
