The room was very clean, easy check in but was never told beforehand about the $50 fee required at check in for incidentals. Luckily I had a card available to cover this. The entrance to the Tower is pretty challenging if pulling a suitcase as there is not a ramp close by. My sink did not drain properly but was not a big deal, because the view and overall stay made up for that. Huge breakfast, did not go the first day too far to walk from the tower in the rain. But the day of checkout, way too many selections and no eggs but everything was still delicious the lady working in the dining room that morning was also very courteous as well as check out. I was allowed a late check out as well at noon which was very convenient. The only issue I have now is trying to figure out when I will be given the $50 credit on my card for the incidentals. I have called the property twice, just to be told it was released to me upon checkout but there's no record of it at my bank yet. I was told to call back in a week. I booked another room for this evening and tomorrow night as well hopefully everything goes as smooth as last weekend. Would be nice if they would credit me the incidentals tonight for the inconvenience. almost forgot to mention both mornings, the ladies cleaning the rooms were very loud, slamming doors and talking loud outside of my door. I have PTSD so that was a huge trigger for me other than that the balcony was a great addition, the furniture in the rooms we're beautiful, espe
