Brand new pool area just opened Fall 2023. Up to 2 pets (dogs only) are welcome as an addition to any reservation ($50 pet fee applies).

The First Flight condo was perfect for a quiet spring break week! It is well-stocked, clean, and comfortable. The property owner is very responsive and has great recommendations for food and activities in the area (the Wright Brothers Memorial is really worth seeing and almost walking distance from the unit).The ocean views and sounds are instantly calming, and the beach itself is great for a long walk - not rocky or overly busy. And the whole area just feels quiet. Shops and necessities are only a short drive, but the area right around the condo is not full of drive throughs and strip malls. It was our first trip to the Outer Banks and it did not disappoint!

Fantastic location for super easy beach access and centrally located for all other OBX activities. Loved the spacious and nicely decorated layout. Access and parking were easy. Pet friendly; our dog had a blast on the beach. Lots of great restaurant and activity recommendations by the host. Would definitely consider booking again whenever in the OBX again.

The condo was indeed an oceanfront oasis perfect for a getaway for my husband and our little dog. The views were magnificent and it was so relaxing hearing the ocean crash in the beach. Everything was comfortable and cozy. Aly was an attentive and gracious host. She checked in on us via the VRBO app and gave us dining and sightseeing suggestions which we did. I look forward to booking again.

The view was fantastic along with the easy access to the beach. The unit was clean and well stocked. Bed was incredibly comfortable. Bathroom was a really good size and had a great shower. We bright our digs and there was a perfect area to take them out. Location was near restaurants and area attractions.

This is a perfect place to stay for couples and pets. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked, so close to the walkway to the beach and to shopping and restaurants. We have stayed here multiple times and plan to again.

Ocean oasis is a fabulous property and Aly is a helpful and attentive host. The condo was very clean and everything was well labeled. The kitchen has pretty much everything you would need for your stay- but if cooking isn't your thing there are a ton of good restaurants close by. We would definitely stay here again.

We had the pleasure of staying at this property on our recent trip to OBX and absolutely loved it! From initial booking to check out, our entire experience was seamless. The condo itself was perfect for our needs — clean, right on the beach and within walking distance of nearby businesses and local favorites. We were traveling with our two dogs and loved how dog friendly the building and property was as well. Aly provided us with a ton of great recommendations and checked in throughout our stay. We already plan to return next year and will definitely be staying here!
