Overall, our stay met my expectation. I’m a stickler for clean bathroom and the toilet based was not clean enough and original pillows were soiled. Reported the same and replacements were left.

Our initial thoughts were the lobby was prestine and smelled great but almost too great. We got into our room which was an oceanfront room. I noticed immediately that it needed an update. The curtains had mold around the bottom where they touch the air conditioner. The shower curtain was torn and battered at the top. I did find three small dead flies in the bed we didn’t use (assume they love the dampness the room offered) We used the other bed but I couldn’t sleep because it just felt dirty to me. We left at 3:30am. Luckily we only had one night there because we were extending our trip. I don’t know how people stay here long term.

The property was okay. Outside of the hotel was appealing, parking was convenient, lobby area reasonably attractive, front desk staff very, very helpful. Restaurant was fair, pool was great, access to the beach was great. We learned that if you have anything on the bed it will not be made - so our beds were never made the entire time we were there. Shower floor mat was changed, but that was it. It is an extremely convenient hotel- so- we might stay here again knowing to leave nothing on the bed.

Never any coffee in lobby, coffee maker in room is not keurig, but like coffee tea bags and dirty so never used it, bathroom tiny and fogged up easy as fan barely worked, super thin walls and ceiling in bathroom, the tiles flap up in the wind when balcony door is opened, can hear neighbors like they are in the room with you, huge moisture issue in room as sheets felt slightly damp everyday, cleaning staff does bare minimum as nothing seemed to be wiped down, trash under beds, sand in corners of rooms, floor seemed sandy, etc

Proximity to the beach is what this location has going for it but for the price, I’ll rent a house next time and get a much different environment for the stay. The toilet kept flushing, the window AC is extremely noisy if you are trying to enjoy the sounds of the wave's, the breakfast was decent but had to get coffee elsewhere as it just looked like light tea and had zero flavor of coffee.
