As part of rental, enjoy full access to John Yancey Oceanfront Inn, including all of the hotel's amenities just across the street: outdoor pool, kids playground, grilling & picnic area, and of course, the oceanfront beach access with is across the street.

Ground Floor - 4 car parking, storage area with brand new in 2022 washer/dryer, charcoal grill, enclosed outside shower, and private hot tub!

First Floor - living room with 42" Smart TV - sectional couch with full size sleep sofa, dining room, open kitchen, king bedroom with HDTV, full bath, screened in porch with picnic table, & 2 sun decks.

Top Floor - 2 Bedrooms (1 queen with HDTV & one with 2 twin beds with HDTV), full bath, loft with chaise lounge, sun deck, & ocean views
