We loved staying in this condo! The unit is right on the beach with amazing ocean views and the wonderful sound of waves crashing ashore. The unit has everything you need including a fully equipped kitchen, laundry, beach chairs/cooler, and a lovely balcony that we spent tons of time on for both sunrise and sunset. The unit has been recently renovated and other than a few areas of paint-patches on the wall, feels updated and new. The sofa bed is very comfortable and the bathroom is accessible without having to go through the bedroom. The pool is fantastic and while the afternoons do get very windy (often the mornings as well) and there is some sediment in the ocean at this location, there is a fantastic walking beach (with an easy walk to a bakery, ABC store, and shave ice), and you are a quick drive to many fantastic beaches, restaurants, and activities. There is a sandwich shop and Maui Massage on site. Parking (can be under cover) is easy. I would stay here again any time!

We had a great stay within Sugar Beach Resort. The pool and grill area were nice. Right on the beach with plenty of space to walk either way for miles. The condo was fully equipped. Only thing I saw that it needed was a fresh coat of paint. The kitchen and bathroom appeared freshly renovated but the walls need some attention (def not a deal breaker, jst what I observed). Nice and quiet with sunset views each evening from the spacious lanai.
