The large living room has expansive views of the ocean. Enjoy Maui's colorful sunsets from your spacious private patio (lanai). This unit includes central AC, Wi-Fi, TV, 2 outdoor pools, tennis and pickleball courts, convenient parking, BBQ areas and washer/dryers located in guest laundry rooms on property.

The maximum occupancy allowed in this unit is 4. All units at Ma'alaea Surf are non-smoking.

Our property is NOT impacted by the recent news regarding potential short-term rental (STR) restrictions in Maui. Because we are zoned as a hotel property, we are exempt from the County of Maui's proposed STR regulations.
