Both upstairs master suites have windows overlooking the ocean, while the open concept main floor is bright and airy with ocean views from the kitchen, dining area, and living room.

This spacious, townhouse-style villa accommodates up to 6 guests.
Gather with loved ones on the first floor which features an open concept living space with floor to ceiling windows to appreciate the ocean views and an updated kitchen that flows into the dining area and living room. This property is fantastic! The pictures truly don't do it justice. The panoramic ocean views from upstairs bedrooms and the living room is breathtaking. The building is very quiet, we never heard anyone in other units while we were in the villa, and rarely ran into other guests in the hall / elevator. Villa is well equipped with toiletries, beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, etc. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful property, magnificent views. Very spacious unit for 2 adults and 3 teenagers! Terrific property, clean, great location

The title pretty much says it all. We have stayed at a few different places at Kiawah and this one was the cleanest of the places we have stayed at. It is right on the beach, central to everything. Would definitely stay here again!
